As if the 1st Crank movie wasn't adequate awful, Lionsgate decided to proceed with a continuation. In this high-octane follow-up, hitman Chev Chelios (Statham) launches himself on an thrilling chase through Los Angeles in tracking down the Chinese gangsters who has stolen his nearly unbreakable sensitivity. It was composed and directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the pair following the 2006 hit film Crank and the forthcoming entertainment starring Gerard Butler. In Crank 2 Jason Statham reappear as hitman Chev Chelios. Reprising their roles from the 2006 unique is Amy Smart.
